Maintenance Release 2026
We would like to inform the ECCo SP community that a maintenance release, versions 4.17.1 / 1.17.1, is now available.
This version (v4.17.1 / v1.17.1) addresses specific functional issues and performance improvements identified through recent analysis and performance testing. These performance findings may not be observable in all production environments, as deployments and usage patterns vary across users, but are being addressed proactively to improve overall robustness and efficiency.
You can now access the release through our usual channels for ECP and EDX. Both versions are offered as complete installations or upgrades.
For users currently on versions 4.17.0 / 1.17.0: Depending on your individual use cases, you may choose to remain on the current version or plan an upgrade to the new version. Users on these versions can decide whether to upgrade based on the fixes and improvements included in the patch.

Heads Up, ECCo SP Users: Artemis May Impact Your Workflow
With the Spring 2024 Release (ECP 4.14.0 and EDX 1.14.0), Apache Artemis has replaced Apache ActiveMQ.
This transition introduces updates to the installation and upgrade processes, along with changes to the high availability setup. These updates may require environment reconfiguration, resource reallocation, and adjustments to storage capacity.
