Purpose

  • Encourage prompt internal reporting of breaches observed in a work-related context
  • Ensure confidentiality, feedback, and protection against retaliation
  • Allow ENTSO-E to prevent, investigate, and remedy breaches effectively

Who can report

  • Employees, trainees, volunteers and secondees
  • Contractors, suppliers, self-employed persons, their workers and individuals working for them

What can be reported

  • Breaches of the Company Code of Business Conduct
  • Breaches of laws and regulations, including in particular:
    • Public procurement, financial services and markets
    • Money laundering and terrorist financing
    • Product, transport, food and environmental safety
    • Public health, consumer protection, data protection and IT security
    • Tax fraud, social fraud and breaches affecting EU financial interests

Protection of Reporting Persons

  • Confidentiality of identity guaranteed
  • Protection against any form of Retaliation
  • No civil, criminal or disciplinary liability when reporting in good faith
