ENTSO-E submitted on behalf of all TSOs a proposals amended according to request received from NRAs: a Methodology for Calculating Scheduled Exchanges resulting from single day-ahead coupling (DA SEC), and a Methodology for Calculating Scheduled Exchanges resulting from single intra-day coupling (ID SEC) pursuant to Articles 43 and 56 of the of the Commission Regulation 2015/1222 establishing a Guideline on Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management.

• the proposal for a DA SEC methodology which is submitted by all TSOs to all NRAs for approval;

• the proposal for a ID SEC methodology which is submitted by all TSOs to all NRAs for approval;

• the DA SEC explanatory document, which is submitted for information purposes only, with 2 accompanying annexes.
