From 5 May to 5 June, ENTSO-E and ENTSOG ran a call for interest to join the Scenarios External Technical Advisory Group. The call was successful with applications received from 25 different stakeholders. Because some of the stakeholders categories listed in the TEN-E Regulation Art 12(3) have no or little applicants, to ensure as far as possible a balanced representation of interests in the Group, ENTSOG and ENTSO-E have decided to re-open the call for interest for two additional weeks, until 19 June, only for those specific categories.

Applications received by 5 June

The list of applicants is available here. Please note: this is a list of applicants, not a list of members of the group. ENTSOG and ENTSO-E will assess applications considering the requirements specified in the draft Terms of Reference and issue a draft list of members in early July.

Stakeholders eligible to apply until 19 June

Stakeholders from the following categories may submit applications until 19 June:

  • Heating and cooling stakeholders
  • Carbon capture and storage and carbon capture and utilisation stakeholders
  • Independent aggregators
  • Demand-side operators
  • Organisations involved in energy efficiency solutions
  • Energy consumer associations

Applications must be submitted via the online form. Interested stakeholders are invited to read the requirements for membership specified in the draft ToRs (link), section 3.1.1.

For any question on the Scenarios ETAG, please contact Alexander Kättlitz and Nalan Buyuk.
