This new tool uses Microsoft SharePoint and through new features and upgraded layout, files and folders can be organised more efficiently, making your navigation easier and more intuitive, and facilitating even greater collaboration between teams.
How to access
Modalities of access to myENTSO-E SharePoint will depend on whether you are a Secretariat staff member, a Member TSO or collaborator:
Secretariat staff:
Secretariat users will be able to login using their Microsoft credentials. Username will be yourname@entsoe.eu and password will be the same as your Microsoft password. After having read and accepted the official Terms of Use, users will be invited to download and configure Microsoft Authenticator. Users will then be granted access to myENTSO-E after having approved their sign in through Microsoft Authenticator. Some users might be prompted to request permission to access.Member TSOs and collaborators:
Ahead of myENTSO-E SharePoint’s launch, users from Member TSOs as well as collaborators will receive an email from Microsoft Invitations on behalf of ENTSO-E, inviting them to set up a login to myENTSO-E SharePoint Online. When the platform goes live on Monday 22 April, users are invited to use those credentials to log into myENTSO-E SharePoint. Some users may be invited to sign-in with their email address, using a one-time passcode. After having read and accepted the official Terms of Use, users will be invited to download and configure Microsoft Authenticator. Please note that in some instances, you may be asked to download and configure Microsoft Authenticator before you can read and accept the Terms of Use. Users will then be granted access to myENTSO-E SharePoint after having approved their sign in through Microsoft Authenticator. What is myENTSO-E?

When will myENTSO-E launch?
MyENTSO-E will go live for all users on Monday 22 April 2024.
What are the next steps in the period leading up to the launch of myENTSO-E?
For a seamless integration of the new environment, a two-week transition period will be implemented between Monday 1 – Thursday 18 April. Between Thursday 18 April (6 p.m.) to Monday 22 April, 6 a.m., we will enter the migration period.
What will happen to my files during the transition period between Monday 1 to Thursday 18 April?
During the transition period between Monday 1-Thursday 18 April, you will continue having access to your files on the current system as usual.
What will happen to my files during the migration period between Thursday 18 April to Monday 22 April?
During the migration period between Thursday 18 April (6 p.m.) to Monday 22 April (6 a.m.), files hosted on the current portal will be accessible in ‘read-only’ mode. You will continue having access to all files and will be able to download them to your own device if you need to edit them. Editing and saving new files on the current portal will not be possible during this time.
Unused files will also be archived during this period, and classified files will be moved to Cisco ShareFile. Please find more information on this below.What should I do to prepare myself for the migration period between Thursday 18 April to Monday 22 April?
To make the migration period seamless, we recommend downloading any important files to your desktop and collaborating with colleagues over Teams or email for shared documents.
What will happen to unused files?
During the read only period, 18 to 22 April, files which have been marked as unused or inactive will be archived, and users will be able to access them via a request to the Service Desk.
An unused or inactive files is defined as a file that has not been modified within the last 5 years. This status will be double checked with ENTSO-E site owners prior to the file being archived.What will happen to classified files?
During the read only period, 18 to 22 April, classified files will be migrated to Cisco ShareFile, a secure environment dedicated to handling such documents.
Further information, including access credentials, will be shared with affected users by the ENTSO-E site owner.Will there be training provided to help me navigate and use myENTSO-E effectively?

What features and functionalities does myENTSO-E offer?
The myENTSO-E SharePoint will provide users with robust document management capabilities, allowing you to create, store, organise, and share documents securely, and its streamlined structure makes it easy to navigate. The platform integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Users can edit documents directly within myENTSO-E SharePoint using Office Online or desktop applications, enabling real-time collaboration.
Is myENTSO-E SharePoint accessible on mobile?
MyENTSO-E SharePoint offers mobile apps for iOS, Android, and Windows devices, allowing users to access content, collaborate with colleagues, and stay productive on the go.
Will I still be able to access all the resources and documents I need on myENTSO-E?
Yes, however, all sites and files currently in use will receive a new location in the new environment, and therefore, a new address. This means that hyperlinks to the files you normally use will change. Some unused files will be archived and accessible following a request to the Service Desk. Classified files will be accessible through Cisco ShareFile. Further information, including access credentials, will be shared with affected users by the ENTSO-E site owner.
