The successful candidate will work at the ENTSO-E Secretariat in Brussels, report directly to the Manager Network Code Implementation Programme (NCIP) and Clean Energy Package (CEP) Implementation in the Secretariat’s Operations section. The team is supported by experts from Member TSOs and contractors, as needed for specific projects. He/she will also cooperate and work collaboratively with Secretariat staff across all departments in the Secretariat’s program management structure. The position is for a period of 6 months and may be extended.

The role will involve working at NC and CEP implementation matters in delivering important projects for Network Codes and the new legislation under all Committees. The role will include liaising with project managers and convenors. Cross-committee alignment and engagement in projects will be highly required.

## Specific responsibilities and tasks :

  • Be responsible of tracking and reporting the CEP projects and coordinating the inputs across the association;

  • support the Cross-Committee responsibilities for programme-level risk and issue management and ensure consistency with regards to the tasks of the implementation section;

  • work closely as PMO Specialist with the NCIP /CEPIP manager and with the advisors who are responsible for individual network code implementations and the separate CEP tasks/projects;

  • ensure alignment across all committees as required under the transversal structure of the Secretariat. The role involves tracking closely the implementation tasks, flagging any risks/delays of the implementation, reporting to the line manager and proactively suggest corrective or/and preventative measures where appropriate;

  • manage significant reporting tailored to the needs of the different audience e.g. ENTSO-E Committees, ENTSO-E Board and the NC stakeholders (external);

  • support the planning (timelines, milestones, etc) of activities and work products / methodologies required for the Network Codes and CEP implementation;

  • ensure and maintain a trustworthy relationship with external stakeholders (European Stakeholder Committees, ESCs), national regulators, ACER and European Commission (EC);

  • coordinate and deliver innovation of processes for positive stakeholder engagement ensuring consistent quality materials for ESC meetings, in line with applicable timelines and agreed preparatory process and in close coordination with NC Specialists and ACER;

  • in coordination with the relevant NC Specialist set up or revise mechanisms to ensure and monitor follow up of action items and efficient resource planning of tasks to be delivered by relevant members of the Stakeholder Committees;

  • maintain dedicated SharePoint tools and websites, regularly update the list of tasks, maintain the SOC dashboard/Risk issue log and follow up issues with relevant advisors.

Profile

  • Educated to university degree level with at least 3 years relevant experience

  • Proven expertise in managing projects and task management under complex programme structures

  • Experienced in managing stakeholders through formal / informal processes and meetings

  • Experience in European Electricity Regulations is a plus

  • Familiar with EC/ACER relevant processes is an asset

  • Background in ENTSO-E association and TSO experience is an advantage

  • Requiring highly developed inter personal, motivation and communication skills, in English

  • Strong organisation and planning skills

  • Ability to work and efficiently coordinate with all involved parties and manage tight timelines

  • Problem solving attitude and good negotiation skills

  • Very good MS office and writing skills. Good SharePoint skills is an advantage
