1st EBGL CZCA Stakeholder workshop

The Guideline on Electricity Balancing (EBGL) establishes three methodologies through which TSOs may allocate cross-zonal capacity for the exchange of balancing capacity or sharing of reserves, when supported on the basis of a cost-benefit analysis. The cost-benefit analysis compares the market value for the exchange of energy with the market value for the exchange of balancing capacity or sharing of reserves. An ENTSO-E’s dedicated project team is preparing the proposals following the specifications enclosed in the EBGL Art. 40, 41 and 42. To incorporate the opinion of stakeholders in the drafting process of the proposals, ENTSO-E will organise a workshop that will be held in Brussels, at the ENTSO-E premises on 4 February. The intention of this workshop is to gather ideas that can help improving the proposals under development.

When: Monday 4th of February, 12h30 to 17h30 (CET)

Where: ENTSO-e Premises, Avenue de Cortenbergh 100, 1000 Bruxelles
