ENTSO-E welcomes this consultation and has contributed with a response on 13 May. ENTSO-E has highlighted two areas of concern in the draft priority list:

1. The on-going work related to the implementation of the network codes;
2. The current formulation of the future work on tariffs/incentives, which leaves the incentive measures out of the priority list for 2014.
