All three connection network codes (RfG, DCC, HVDC) require a cost benefit analysis (CBA) to be undertaken to extend the application of these codes to existing units or where there is a request for derogation.
In line with stakeholders’ requests to further discuss and clarify the use of CBAs ENTSO-E is organizing this one day event.
The aim of this workshop was to recap previous progress in developing guidance on CBAs and to further develop and find solutions to stakeholders’ expectations on this topic. The workshop will have an interactive nature and will allow an in-depth discussion on CBA use and responsibilities.
- Requirements of generators (RfG),
- Demand Connection (DCC)
- High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC).
- Implementation guidelines on CBA (16 November 2016)
