ENTSO-E is holding a third Public Stakeholder Workshop on the Network Code on Emergency and Restoration (NC ER) at ENTSO-E’s premises in Brussels on 8 January 2015, from 12:00 to 17:00.

After an extensive work in collaboration with interested stakeholders, the Drafting Team Emergency and Restoration rewrote two sections of the network code: the chapter on market interactions and the article concerning the automatic low Frequency control scheme, which has been completed based on an internal study on Low Frequency Demand Disconnection (LFDD) performed by TSOs experts.

The third public stakeholder workshop on NC ER will focus on these two specific topics in order to gain further input and proposals from all interested parties.

In addition to the workshop, a public consultation on these two topics will run from 15 December 2014 until 14 January 2015. All related information and material will be made available on this website at the start of the consultation on 15 December.

Concerning the other sections of the draft NC ER, a public consultation started on 13 October and closes on 8 December. ENTSO-E would like to thank contributing stakeholders for their comments and proposals which will help develop the network code.

The workshop will be held on 8 January 2015, from 12:00 to 17:00, at the ENTSO-E premises: Avenue de Cortenbergh 100 (Ground floor), 1000 Brussels .
